Designed the new failed payment screen hands-on, built around the reason for the failure. Retries went from 30 to 49 per cent of failed payments, and payments that went through on a retry from 10 to 22 per cent.

Raised RuPay credit card activations by about 7 per cent and the click rate on Payment History by about 20 per cent. Week 0 conversion to a merchant payment for new users reached about 27 per cent.

Hired a new design team for one vertical, then rebuilt the design system and the design process across teams.

Replaced the one-off signup bonus with a seven day journey of small tasks. New players making a first deposit went from 6 per cent to over 20 per cent.

Rebuilt the refer a friend flow as a full module. Referrals grew from 5 to 50 of every 100 new players, and blended acquisition cost fell by 35 per cent.

9stacks is an online poker platform in India. I worked closely with the CTO and the CEO and laid the foundations for the unification project 9stacks had planned.

• Worked on a user acquisition project.
• Turned the first journey of a recreational player on the platform into a game.
• The new journey had a direct effect on the platform's daily and monthly active users.

Designed for clients across India on many kinds of projects. It taught me how to work with clients directly and how to explain design decisions to them.

The app let small farm businesses sell fresh produce to consumers, with inventory management and full e-commerce features.

I led the design team at IIT Bombay and created the user flows from the use cases and personas we identified.

Lokacart has over 50 sellers and around 5,000 buyers. One of its success stories is Abhinav Farmers Club, a national award-winning group farming initiative in Mulshi taluka, Pune district, Maharashtra.

During COVID-19 the app helped its farmers keep earning a living by selling their produce.

I was the team's 2D lead and Nuke TD. We made the final film for the competition in six production weeks, with one extra week to gather equipment and machines around Bournemouth University. The brief was a high quality visual effects film of 30 seconds, and every asset was made within the time the hosts gave.

Industry professionals came in and gave us advice. It helped us finish the film, and it helped again when we started work in the industry after graduating.

I directed and edited a series of promo videos for Non Evans MBE, an international rugby player, Olympic Games commentator, Commonwealth Games competitor and medallist, TV and radio presenter and businesswoman. She is the only woman to have competed in three different disciplines at the Commonwealth Games.
