Refunds and cancellation
How to move or cancel a session, and when and how you get your money back.

Moving a session
To move a session, reply to your confirmation email at least 24 hours before it starts. I will offer you new times and move the booking at no cost.
Cancelling a session
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the session starts, you get a full refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before, the session is not refunded. I can still move it to a new time once, if you ask before it starts.
To cancel, reply to your confirmation email or write to hi@nishant.design with your booking reference, which starts with ND.
If you miss a session
If you do not join within 15 minutes of the start time and have not told me, the session counts as used and is not refunded.
If I cancel or cannot join
If I have to cancel, or I cannot join the call, you choose between a full refund and a new time. I will always tell you by email as early as I can.
If the call cannot go ahead because of a technical problem on my side, the same applies.
Payments that did not complete a booking
You get a full refund, without asking, in any of these cases.
- The money left your account but the booking was not confirmed.
- You were charged twice for the same booking.
- Your payment arrived after the time you chose had already gone to someone else.
I email you when such a refund starts.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the same UPI account, card or bank account you paid from, through Razorpay. I cannot send a refund anywhere else.
I start a refund within two working days of agreeing it. After that it usually reaches you within 3 working days for UPI and wallets, 3 to 5 working days for net banking, and 5 to 7 working days for cards. Your bank may take longer.
If a refund has not reached you after 10 working days, please write to me with your booking reference and I will follow it up with Razorpay.
Design services
If I add design services later, their cancellation and refund terms will be agreed with you in writing before you pay.
